刷機方式
RUU (Rom Update Utility) 卡刷: 將 RUU 包放於 SD Card 上，並改名為 2PZCIMG.zip 類似的名字， 將手機重新開機到download模式或bootload模式，手機會自動掃描檔案，就會自己開始刷了 。
電腦線刷RUU: 將手機進入 Download 模式接上電腦，執行 htc_fastboot oem rebootRUU 切換至 RUU 模式，執行 htc_fastboot flash zip XXXXIMG.zip 進行刷機。
OTA 三刷: 只適合於更新。
